Creepy pasta: Best Friends

Ching! The cash register at Game Stopo clanged as it opened. I finaly had raised enough money to buy Pokemon Black!

I took my game home, put it in my blue DSI and turned on the power. I tapped my stylist on Pokemon Black icon. But something was wrong with it, it was a trainer, with a puple cap and long, brown curly hair. Weird, i thought. I had looked up everything about Pokemon Black, and I didnt see this trainer before. But I hadnt seen the icon yet, so I just kept going like it was nothing.

So the game went to the title screen. I pressed start, then the game said, 'Continue' and 'New Game'. "What the..." I said aloud. The game was new. How could it have the option 'Continue'?

I was curious, so I clicked 'Continue'. Curiousity killed the cat. I ended up in Castilia City. I was the same trainer as in the icon. Huh. I thought.

I opended my pokemon party and found the Pokemon all were male, level 100 Lillipups. All but one. One was a female level one Lillipup. Whoa thats weird. I checked the status of the Lillipup. I flipped through its three data pages. All three pages just said "You found me"

Everything was getting creepier by the second. I ran to the Pokemonn center, opened up the P.C. box to find all of the Pokemon level 100 male Lillipups. What was going on? I closed out of the P.C. and walked out of the Pokemon center.

What was even weirder, the level one Lillipup was right behind me, like in Soul Silver. I started running, but the Lillipup kept following me. I started to freak out. Maybe its just an easter-egg. I tried to keep calm.

Then the Lillipup nudged me. It said, "I have been waiting for you" Then it gave me two opions. 'Why?' and ' Who are you?'. I clicked 'Who are you?' My heart was pounding like a drum.

The scrolling noise came and it slowly spelled, "I am your best friend." After the sentence was over, I heard a Lillipup noise. It was kind of like a cute puppy bark. Thats really creepy.

Lillipup nidged me again. It said, "Do you love me?" then it had the signs: 'Yes' '?' and 'No'. I clicked the '?' sign because I didnt knonw exactly what it ment.

The Lillipup said: "Why dont you love me?" I felt sad for the little thing. The two options 'I do!' and 'I just dont...' popped up. I clicked 'I do!' because I didnt want to make her sad.

The Lillipup jumped up and down. The game said, 'Lillipup is happy' I smiled. Then I realized how creepy this was.

The Lillipup spoke once again. "I'm only level one. Could we go play? I want to be like all the other Lillipups!" The answers 'Yes' and 'No' came up again. I pressed 'Yes'.

So I played for two hours, training the Lillipup to level 50, not letting her evolve into a Herdier. She said she didnt want to evolve.

It was aroind 6:00, and my mom called me in for dinner. "I'll be there in a minute!" Then Lillipup did a freaky thing. "Where are you going?" She asked. My heart rose in my throat. Lillipup said, "Just tell me.". I whispered, "You can hear me?" Lillipup responded. "Of cousre. We are best friends. You love me, remember?" This time, her face was staring right out of the screen, up at me. My plms started to sweat.

"No need to be scared." Lillipup said. My mom called again. "Hold on!" I yelled. "I-I have to go." I said to the Lillipup. "NO! Dont leave me again!" the Lillipup was jumping up and down. Again? I thought. "I'm sorry" I closed the DSI and walked into the kitchen. I sat down to dinner and began to eat.

After dinner, I retrned to my DSI. I opened it slowly, scared to find out what was on the screen. When it was open, I saw it. Chills ran down my back, like snakes. On the screen, was Lillipup, lying wither her head down, crying. When I looked at her, she looked back up at me. "Why did you leave me alone?" She asked. "I had to eat dinner. I'm sorry." I looked at her tiny figure. "I want dinner too." She said. I stood there, puzzled. "I dont know what you could eat, your only a fictional sprite."

That seemed like the last straw for Lillipup. "I am not! I am your best friend! How could you be so mean?" The Lillipup's sprite started to cry. I was still creeped out. "Well I'm sorry. Arn't games just programmed?" I asked. "Not real friendship." The Lillipup looked up at me, tears still in her eyes. Then they started to glow red. "Why, we are friends, are we not?" This time the lillipup acually talked. She talked in a creepy voice that sent my heart into my throat, and shivers up my spine.

"I'm sorry, but I'm too scared. I'm starting a new game." I waited only a few seconds to hear, "But your my only friend!" The Lillipup screamed.My finger pushed the little gray power button. Thee main menu was on. I clicked on the Pokemon Black icon. Instead of the trainer, it was a tearful, red-eyed Lillipup.

The title screen came. It had the two optionns, 'Continue' and 'New Game'. I clicked 'New Game', hopeing it wouldn't take me back to Lillipup. But then, on the screen, was, 'I thought you loved me' written in drippy red letters. I tried to get out but it wouldnt let me. I threw it on the ground and I never touched it again.
